Our Story
MakerBOS was born from a simple observation: the companies we worked with didn't actually know how they operated.
Our founding team spent years at MakerX, an Australian R&D studio, building digital products for enterprises across every industry. Time and again, we saw the same pattern—organizations investing in transformation initiatives without understanding their starting point. Process documentation was fiction. System data told only part of the story. The real knowledge lived in employees' heads, invisible and inaccessible.
We started asking: what if you could capture that tacit knowledge at scale? What if AI could interview your entire organization and build a living map of how work actually flows?
That question became MakerBOS.
Today, we're working with forward-thinking organizations across banking, education, manufacturing, and healthcare to prove that operational intelligence doesn't require armies of consultants or years of implementation. It starts with a conversation.
